What happens to your data
- Day 0 (cancel): Your subscription is marked canceled but everything stays active until your period ends.
- Day of period end: Dashboard access locks. Site comes down.
- 30 days after: Your data is archived but not deleted. You can reactivate by emailing us.
- 12 months after: Data is permanently deleted per our retention policy. Export your data before then if you want a copy.
