Most often: the webhook from Meta/Google/your form arrived but your dashboard tab is showing stale data. Fix:
- Refresh the tab. The dashboard polls every 30s but if you've been on it for a while, force a refresh.
- Check the "Activity" timeline. Every webhook fires an activity row. If the activity isn't there, the webhook never arrived.
- Check the source. If it's a Meta Lead Ads form, sometimes Facebook batches webhooks and there can be a 5-10 minute delay.
If still missing after 15 min

Test webhooks: the Meta Lead Ads test tool sends a test payload that often gets filtered as spam by our parsers. Real leads from the live form work; test ones sometimes don't.
