Can I cancel?+
Yes, anytime. Monthly SKUs cancel with 30 days notice. One-time setup fees are non-refundable past day 30 of the engagement. No contracts, no annual lock-in.
What if it doesn't work?+
30-day money-back guarantee on your first month if we don't deliver what we promised. After that, monthly SKUs cancel anytime — you only ever pay for what you used.
Can I add or remove SKUs later?+
Yes. Add SKUs anytime by emailing kenny@hyder.me — they're prorated to your billing cycle. Remove SKUs from your /client/<slug>/billing-portal at any time, takes effect at the end of the current period.
How long does setup take?+
Website + domain: 7–14 days from signing to live on your URL. Ad platforms: same week if you have existing accounts, 5–10 days for new accounts. GBP + citations: 30–60 days for full directory propagation (we file day 1).
What if I run out of AI tokens?+
Buy a top-up pack from your billing page — $25 (100k), $100 (500k), or $300 (2M) tokens. Top-ups never expire. Auto-recharge is off by default and only fires if you explicitly turn it on.
Do I keep my domain + leads?+
Always. Your domain stays in your registrar account (we configure DNS but don't transfer ownership). Your leads live in your dojo's database, exportable to CSV anytime. Your ad accounts are in your name from day 1.
What about my existing site?+
We take it as the starting point. Pull your content, programs, instructor bios, and rebuild it modern. You keep your domain and any content that performs.
How does the AI editor work?+
Plain English. Type "make the hero headline bigger and red" — Claude updates the site. Type "add a Black Friday promo banner" — Claude adds the banner. All edits are versioned and reversible. 200k tokens / month included.

What's NOT included?+
Ad spend is separate (paid to Meta/Google directly, in your account). Phone/SMS usage on Twilio is metered separately. Custom video, copywriting beyond what the AI editor handles, and integrations beyond the catalog are project-billed.
